WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum Order:

ORA Jewellery has a minimum R5000 first order value + freight for all new orders. A minimum of R3500 applies for re-orders.

 

Payment:

Orders require an upfront payment. We are not able to offer accounts. For overseas payments, we suggest using PayPal or TransferWise. We accept payment through Netcash or EFT. If you would like to to pay a 50% deposit contact us directly. We manufacture to order and the balance of the invoice must be paid on completion of the order.

 

Prices:

We reserve the right to change these prices at any time prior to invoice. The most current price list overrides any previous pricing or price lists. Metal, Gems and Diamonds are subject to change according to the current market rates.

All products come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount shown on our retail website.

 

Product:

ORA Jewellery is handmade and therefore dimensions are approximate and sizes or colours may vary slightly. The buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault.

 

Exclusivity:

Approval is needed before becoming an ORA Jewellery stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months ORA Jewellery will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.

 

Sales Outlets/ Website and online sales:

You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to ORA Jewellery at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by ORA Jewellery. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets. ORA Jewellery does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.

 

Shipping & Handling:

Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 3 – 6 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.

 

Our standard courier company will be allocated for all shipments within South Africa, without insurance.

Express door to door delivery with tracking is provided. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, insurance and expediency.

Order balance is due upon invoice received. Credit cards, and/ or Netcash payments must be deposited and cleared prior to shipment.

The buyer is accountable for shipping & handling fees. Shipping insurance can be applied upon request.

 

Returned Goods:

Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days on receipt of order. Please do not return goods before contacting ORA Jewellery. Returns will be handled on an individual basis. ORA Jewellery reserves the right to assess and authorise any return cases.

 

Care Instructions:

ORA Jewellery is designed and manufactured to last and to retain its lustre however you need to care correctly for ORA Jewellery. See general care instructions included.

 

Special Orders:

Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

 

By completing an order and receiving an invoice from ORA Jewellery, you hereby state that you have read, understand, and comply fully with ORA Jewellery Wholesale terms & conditions stated above. You agree to comply fully with ORA Jewellery wholesale terms & conditions for the entire duration that you carry & sell ORA Jewellery products.
