Care Instructions

Jewellery by nature is delicate, we would love your Jewel’s to last for generations to come, so we suggest taking your Jewellery off when in contact with water, soap, creams, perfume and abrasive products.

It’s best not to wear your Jewellery when swimming or contact with water. Chlorine,
detergents and oils can cause tarnishing and damage.

Store your Jewellery in your Ora packaging or in a closed Jewellery box or a sealed container. Jewellery shines best when it’s covered with material when it’s stored!

Metals We Use

BRASS We use fine Italian Brass, we do not plate or coat our brass unless stated as Gold Plated. All of our brass earring hooks, necklace chains and charm balls are 14ct gold plated.

A natural patina will develop over time, giving it a matt finish and darkening the tone of your brass jewellery. If you would like to restore the polished finish you can easily do so with a soft micro fibre cloth and a dab of generic brass cleaner or
a jewellery polishing cloth.

Brass can always be restored to it's natural lustre, as can silver and gold.

SILVER & Gold We use 925 Sterling silver and 9ct to 18ct Gold.
